Founded in 1980 by Gunter G. Wolff, ARW Optical began with a straightforward goal: to become a dependable manufacturer of high-quality precision optics. From modest beginnings, the company grew by listening carefully, solving difficult optical challenges, and treating every customer's work with the attention it deserved. What started as a small, hands-on operation became a trusted manufacturing partner supporting projects from early prototypes through production. While our tools and capabilities have evolved, the values behind the work remain unchanged: careful craftsmanship, honest collaboration, and pride in getting the details right.
